The Hancock House Hotel in downtown Hancock, New York is the Bass Group's latest enterprise. The 32 room, up scale, state of the art hotel features 2 Eateries and a Bar & Lounge.

The facility employs approximately 30 full and part time people, making the Bass Group of companies one of the largest employers in the region.

The hotel opened it's doors in late June, 2007,
enjoying a brisk business from the onset. The Maple Room Restaurant and "Honest" Eddie's Tap Room were inaugurated in July, 2007 and
Fannie's Cafe opened its' doors to enthusiastic crowds shortly thereafter.

The Hancock House Hotel has become a solid cornerstone of Bass Enterprises as well as the cornerstone of the revitalization efforts of downtown Hancock.
